- 4–5+ years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience, ideally in a software house.
- Strong understanding of technical roles (React, Node.js, Next.js) and the ability to have meaningful conversations with candidates.
- Proven experience in leading or co-creating employer branding initiatives.
- Confident partnering with executives and presenting data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency with tools such as ATS (e.g., eRecruiter), LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, and recruitment analytics.
- Fluent in Polish and English (a must for international projects).
- A proactive, self-driven “I CAN DO THAT” attitude with a strong focus on delivering results.

You’ll transform recruitment from a transactional process into a relationship-building engine and employer brand that attracts Poland’s best engineers.
Your Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment (70–80%)
- Lead the full recruitment cycle for key tech roles (React Native, React, Node.js, Next.js).
- Actively source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, eRecruiter.pl, and your own creative search strategies.
- Ensure an outstanding Candidate Experience that strengthens our employer brand.
- Collaborate closely with tech leads to define needs and craft effective sourcing strategies.
Employer Branding (20–30%)
- Co-create engaging content with marketing — from LinkedIn posts to blog articles, case studies, and storytelling campaigns that showcase life at RST.
- Organize and participate in events (online and offline) that strengthen our presence in the tech community.
- Design and run micro-campaigns, tracking their performance using UTM links and analytics tools.
- Act as the voice of RST on social media, building engagement and reaching passive candidates.

In our company, it is possible to change the specialization. If you intend to change your career path, your HR Guide will support and help you in achieving your development goal.
We approach each recruitment process individually. After receiving your resume, we try to contact you as soon as possible. The dates of recruitment meetings are set jointly during the telephone conversation. After the meeting, we return to you with feedback in up to 5 business days. We want a smooth and clear process. We know that no one likes to wait long! :)
Each employee has the option of choosing the working mode. We are open to remote, hybrid, and stationary work, we provide each of our employees with equipment for work. You decide how you want to work.
Each team is assigned an HR Guide, who is the team's manager in the development and administrative matters. He makes sure that we develop and feel good in the assigned project. When the project ends and we have such an opportunity, we offer you a transition to another team.
