Alphabet – one of the largest car fleet management services, operating in 31 countries and currently managing a fleet of over 720 000 cars – has to deal with an overwhelming number of paper documents processing. Alphabet’s Polish branch – Alphabet Polska – decided to automate the whole process using BPMN 2.0.

Challenge
The PoC’s main challange involved developing a functional prototype in just 8 weeks, utilizing optical character recognition (OCR) technology for document digitization and Camunda Platform for workflow automation.
The prototype's success confirmed the suitability of the selected process orchestration technology, demonstrating a spectrum of benefits and seamless integration into the client's infrastructure for effective management of their 19,000-car fleet.
