Our purpose is to launch great digital products (responding to the real needs of users, pursuing business goals, and using the capabilities of technology). Define with us (visually and functionally) new, excellent products for foreign start-ups and have an important impact on the final result thanks to direct cooperation with the client and programmers.

Our requirements:

  • fluent communication in English (min. B2) 
  • min. 3 years of experience in designing UX/UI (both lo-fi and hi-fi), creating and using design systems for B2B/B2C products, mobile and web applications supported by a portfolio,
  • very good knowledge of Figma,
  • ability to acquire business requirements through meetings and workshops.

What project will you be working on?

  • projects of both B2C and B2B, 
  • various industries (from ridesharing, through a forum for automotive fans, a marketplace to ordering services, to a furniture configurator or a system supporting the work of office managers in times of hybrid work),
  • mainly mobile and web applications (RWD).

Support in the development of products in your projects will be provided by colleagues from the team - experienced designers and users - we strongly engage them in our work.

Is it possible to change specialization?

In our company, it is possible to change the specialization. If you intend to change your career path, your HR Guide will support and help you in achieving your development goal.

How long does the recruitment process take?

We approach each recruitment process individually. After receiving your resume, we try to contact you as soon as possible. The dates of recruitment meetings are set jointly during the telephone conversation. After the meeting, we return to you with feedback in up to 5 business days. We want a smooth and clear process. We know that no one likes to wait long! :)

Is it possible to work remotely?

Each employee has the option of choosing the working mode. We are open to remote, hybrid, and stationary work, we provide each of our employees with equipment for work. You decide how you want to work.

What happens when the project ends?

Each team is assigned an HR Guide, who is the team's manager in the development and administrative matters. He makes sure that we develop and feel good in the assigned project. When the project ends and we have such an opportunity, we offer you a transition to another team.
