We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Has 5 years of experience in designing interfaces and design systems for platforms and applications, both in B2B and B2C markets, across various industries, including RWD and mobile. This includes:some text
- Creating and developing information architecture sketches (wireframes) and interactive application prototypes.
- Knowledge of iOS and Android design systems used in designing applications for these platforms.
- Experience in composition, visual hierarchy, typography, and color selection.
- Can collaborate with the business - having a global view of the project along with its development perspective, the ability to transform business processes and needs into a useful product; understands the specificities of different clients (start-up vs. enterprise), various products (B2B, B2C), and product life cycles.
- Communicates fluently in English, both spoken and written (at least B2/C1 level).
- Has highly developed soft skills: communication, openness to giving and receiving feedback, ability to work in various teams (both development and client-side teams), flexibility - the ability to adapt quality to time and needs (zoom in, zoom out), and can justify design decisions.
- Exhibits positive energy and a proactive attitude.
- Can conduct engaging workshops with clients or users, both onsite and online (using, for example, user story mapping, value proposition canvas) and translate requirements and ideas into user stories.
- Applies extended knowledge of UX/UI in projects, considering the latest research results, best practices, and current UX/UI trends, knowledge from other projects, social and technological trends.
- Can conduct user interviews or tests, prepare useful recommendations or make changes, and propose product development and strategy based on the obtained data.
- Is highly proficient in Figma (we occasionally use Axure RP as well).
We are open to both freelance collaboration on a part-time basis and full-time B2B arrangements.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks.
- Competence in DesignOps.
- Ability to define UX and product metrics, analyze quantitative and qualitative data (Google Analytics, HotJar, surveys, and other tools).
- Ability to prepare and analyze A/B tests.
- Motion design skills.
Resposibilities:
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Driving the team during the Discovery phase (gathering business requirements by participating in meetings and workshops, understanding user needs, and analyzing competition).
- Participating in the creation of service/product strategies (collaborating with the UX team, Scrum team, and client team).
- Engaging in user research and drawing insights for your projects.
- Designing user interfaces (both low-fidelity and high-fidelity), creating and utilizing design systems for B2B and B2C products, mobile and web applications, and enterprise-level systems.
- Working directly with the client/client team and the Scrum team.

- Significant influence on the product - our product designers often take on roles similar to business analysts at the project's inception, gathering business requirements, verifying technological feasibility with developers, conducting user requirement research; then these assumptions are validated with users, allowing you to develop the interface you have designed; the validated backlog is then implemented, in which you actively participate by defining further functionalities and verifying them with users. In short, you will be busy, and the final product largely depends on you.
