RST Software, headquartered in Poland,Wrocław is a forefront software development agency with substantial expertise in constructing advanced data platforms.

As a partner of Snowflake, we possess a solid foundation in managing and analyzing vast data sets. However, our journey towards excellence is ongoing.

We are on the lookout for a Freelance Data and Analytics Consultant to join us on a strategic venture with one of our distinguished clients in the food tech industry.

This pivotal project not only demands the efficient and specific tailoring of data collection processes but also requires the refinement of our consulting methodologies, especially in eliciting critical data collection and processing insights directly from clients.

Your responsibilities:

Strategic Workshops and Kickoffs: Conduct workshops and kickoff sessions with C-level executives to outline data collection objectives that support the client's strategic goals.
Data Strategy Development: Create a robust data strategy focusing on the optimization of data collection processes, identification of key metrics, and analysis methodologies.
Process Enhancement: Lead the initiative to streamline and improve the data collection process, ensuring it is efficient, scalable, and aligned with the food tech industry's dynamics.
Collaborative Leadership: Work in tandem with IT, marketing, product development, and other departments to integrate the data collection strategy across the client's organization.
Insights Delivery: Analyze data to produce actionable insights, presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear, impactful manner.
Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of the latest in data analytics and food tech trends to apply best practices and innovative solutions to the data collection process.

How long does the recruitment process take?

Each employee has the option of choosing the working mode. We are open to remote, hybrid, and stationary work, we provide each of our employees with equipment for work. You decide how you want to work.

What happens when the project ends?

Each team is assigned an HR Guide, who is the team's manager in the development and administrative matters. He makes sure that we develop and feel good in the assigned project. When the project ends and we have such an opportunity, we offer you a transition to another team.
