What project will you be working on?

The person hired for this position will be responsible for working in a 12-person department that handles complex financial, controlling and tax processes of more than a dozen companies. You will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In the area of controlling, your tasks will include support for the management boards of companies in the preparation of budgets, as well as analysis of deviations and their explanation, maintenance of tools and their automation through MS Office tools (excel, power query, power BI), and google package (spreadsheet, google apps script) In the area of finance and accounting, your tasks will include support for the team in the automation of activities, support for the CFO in dealing with financial institutions, active participation in the calculation of R&D allowances and obtaining grants.

Each team is assigned an HR Guide, who is the team's manager in the development and administrative matters. He makes sure that we develop and feel good in the assigned project. When the project ends and we have such an opportunity, we offer you a transition to another team.
