Required qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in business and systems analysis.
- Ability to analyze business needs and technical requirements, as well as prepare detailed project documentation.
- In-depth analysis of technical aspects of projects, including system architecture, API integrations, databases, and other technology components.
- Knowledge of tools supporting the creation of software architecture diagrams.
- Technical understanding and basic programming skills (JavaScript/Java/Python, SQL, HTML).
- Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of business processes and the ability to understand complex client needs.
- Experience in managing a backlog in JIRA.
- Proficiency in English and Polish (B2+ level), enabling fluent communication with clients.
Preferred skills:
- Experience as a Product Owner will be an additional asset.
- Familiarity with requirements description methods such as user stories and use cases.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with complex corporate applications.
- Ability to use artificial intelligence tools to automate backlog management.

- Close collaboration with the project team, ensuring smooth communication and effective teamwork.
- Supporting projects carried out using Agile methodology.
- Independently managing the backlog.
