This role is for someone who looks at delivery from a high-level perspective, designs effective processes, and supports multiple teams — not just facilitating ceremonies.
We are looking for a person who:
- can design and implement end-to-end processes,
- understands the technical context and communicates effectively with developers,
- structures workflows, responsibilities, KPIs, and communication,
- combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic delivery mindset.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing delivery processes across multiple teams
- Defining standards such as Definition of Ready/Done, workflows, prioritization, and governance
- Creating and maintaining Jira dashboards and reports (KPIs, cycle times, predictability)
- Monitoring delivery at portfolio level and recommending improvements
- Identifying bottlenecks and initiating optimization actions
- Facilitating workshops, retrospectives, and process reviews
- Collaborating with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and managers
- Supporting teams in achieving predictable, high-quality delivery
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in IT, including roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Lead, Delivery Manager, or Process Lead
- Hands-on experience in designing processes from scratch, not only maintaining them
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban (SAFe or other scaling frameworks are a plus)
- Experience working with multiple teams simultaneously
- Strong experience with Jira and Confluence (metrics, dashboards, reporting)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills
- Experience working with leadership and driving organizational change
Nice to Have
- Technical background (previous experience as a developer, QA, or analyst)
- Certifications such as PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or similar
- Experience in large-scale or multi-team environments
