Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading technology projects and managing multiple software development projects.
- Experience in implementing standards that aid in scaling the company.
- Several years of experience managing projects using various methodologies.
- Experience in executing IT projects, preferably enterprise software.
- Experience working in a client-focused environment.
- Experience working with clients at all stages of their journey, from prospecting to developing relationships.
- Proven ability to build high-quality delivery and a brand that attracts talent and clients to the organization.
- Success in introducing initiatives and structures across the company, supported by change management skills.
Skills:
- Proficiency in English and Polish.
- Team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies with experience in adapting methodologies such as Scrum in a software house environment.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies to actively participate in client workshops.
- Broad business and technological knowledge with awareness of industry trends.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and teams.
- Ability to communicate significant changes and ideas within the company.

Project description:
Standards:
- Optimize the functioning of the delivery department to achieve optimal profit while ensuring employee satisfaction.
- Develop and implement service delivery strategies for clients, providing exceptional service and customer experiences with a focus on product value and the business value of proposed solutions.
- Implement standards to maintain the quality of delivered services.
- Actively support sales activities, especially in upselling additional services.
- Co-create technological standards for projects based on client requirements.
Projects and Client Relations:
- Monitor the delivery quality, profitability, and satisfaction levels of both teams and clients.
- Collaborate with teams and clients in alignment with the company’s strategy and values.
- Ensure adherence to project and product management standards and best practices across all projects.
- Support continuous improvement practices in project and product management.
- Assist in resolving issues arising from projects.
- Oversee project success, including revenue, growth rate, and profit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Identify and support sales and growth opportunities for the company.
Collaboration:
- Lead, build, and support the team of project owners.

Each team is assigned an HR Guide, who is the team's manager in the development and administrative matters. He makes sure that we develop and feel good in the assigned project. When the project ends and we have such an opportunity, we offer you a transition to another team.
