What project will you be working on?
You will join our 10-member Money team, where we have 6 people in the accounting part. We are looking for a part-time person to support us in the preparation of the balance sheet, income statement, VAT returns, income tax calculation and also actively help us during the preparation of the annual report. We directly interact with the companies we serve - we focus on your independence. Every day at 8:30 we meet to talk about our work - successes and obstacles, which together we try to solve :)
Responsibilities:
- full accounting of companies (posting of cost invoices, RMK, salaries, settlement of bank statements),
- issuing sales invoices, accounting notes, entering bank transfers
- maintenance and control of fixed asset records,
- maintenance, control, and reconciliation of balances of settlements (contractors, employees, Tax Office, Social Security),
- preparing and sending tax returns (JPK_V7M, CIT, withholding tax,) and providing explanations to the controlling bodies,
- preparation of financial statements, active participation in monthly and annual closings in managed companies
- verification and timely processing of financial data using various tools and systems,
- supporting the day-to-day work of the accounting department.
