Project description:
You will join our 12-member Money team, where we have 7 people in the accounting part. We are looking for a person to support us in the preparation of the balance sheet, income statement, VAT returns, income tax calculation and also actively help us during the preparation of the annual report. We directly interact with the companies we serve - we focus on your independence. Every day at 8:30 we meet to talk about our work - successes and obstacles, which together we try to solve :)
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Managing full accounting for companies (recording cost invoices, prepayments, salaries, bank statement settlements),
- Issuing sales invoices, accounting notes, entering bank transfers,
- Managing and controlling fixed asset records,
- Managing, controlling, and reconciling balance sheets (vendors, employees, tax office, social security),
- Preparing and submitting tax declarations (JPK_V7M, CIT, withholding tax) and providing explanations to controlling authorities,
- Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements, actively participating in monthly closings for managed companiess,
- Verifying and timely processing financial data using various tools and systems,
- Supporting the current work of the accounting department and the chief accountant.
