Challenge

Trans.eu identified the need to improve communication efficiency within its platform. The existing communicator, based primarily on plain-text messaging, made it difficult to manage conversations clearly and effectively. Users often duplicated offer entries to increase visibility, which resulted in unnecessary clutter. Multiple transactions were frequently handled within a single chat window, leading to confusion and a lack of clarity. To bring structure and better support its growing and diverse user base, Trans.eu set out to enhance its communication layer by introducing contextual actions and a more scalable, organized messaging experience.

Our solution

We developed a contextual B2B chat application tailored to the logistics industry.
