You’ll be a great fit for this role if you

have at least 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer;
have strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, and React;
have hands-on experience with Next.js, including API Routes and Server Actions, as well as NestJS;
have experience working with databases, such as MS SQL Server;
understand the fundamentals of authentication and application performance, including caching, Redis, and CDN;
are comfortable working with Git and have a basic understanding of DevOps and deployment processes;
communicate fluently in Polish (C1) and comfortably in English (B2 or higher);
have experience with Spec-Driven Development.

And you also

actively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Cursor in your daily work;
look for ways to automate your work through prompts, scripts, or workflows;
treat AI as a practical part of the software development process, rather than just an occasional tool;
enjoy experimenting with new approaches and finding ways to improve how you work.

Nice to have

experience working on projects with a defined budget and scope;
experience with AWS;
knowledge of CI/CD;
experience modernizing or rewriting existing systems;
experience working with large-scale production systems.

Project description:

You’ll join a team that is modernizing and partially rebuilding an existing platform used in the early childhood education sector across the Benelux region. The system supports nurseries, childcare centers, and parents on a daily basis, so you won’t be working on a product with no real users yet — you’ll be developing a live platform that needs to remain stable while significant changes are being introduced.

From a technical perspective, the project combines modernizing an existing system with building new components using a modern stack: TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, React, and Next.js.

AI is also a significant part of how we work day to day, rather than a separate experiment on the side. We use tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and ChatGPT, test new approaches, build our own automations, and explore where AI can genuinely help us build software faster and better.

We’re looking for someone who, beyond developing the product itself, wants room to experiment, improve the way the team works, and influence technical solutions rather than simply implement a queue of predefined tasks.

Is it possible to change specialization?

In our company, it is possible to change the specialization. If you intend to change your career path, your HR Guide will support and help you in achieving your development goal.

How long does the recruitment process take?

We approach each recruitment process individually. After receiving your resume, we try to contact you as soon as possible. The dates of recruitment meetings are set jointly during the telephone conversation. After the meeting, we return to you with feedback in up to 5 business days. We want a smooth and clear process. We know that no one likes to wait long! :)

Is it possible to work remotely?

Each employee has the option of choosing the working mode. We are open to remote, hybrid, and stationary work, we provide each of our employees with equipment for work. You decide how you want to work.

What happens when the project ends?

Each team is assigned an HR Guide, who is the team's manager in the development and administrative matters. He makes sure that we develop and feel good in the assigned project. When the project ends and we have such an opportunity, we offer you a transition to another team.
