We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Generalist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the B2B or product-oriented sector. We expect the candidate to have a proactive approach to marketing, a readiness to adapt to new tools, and the ability to experiment, with a strong emphasis on a pro-business mindset. Independence in seeking innovative solutions and a willingness to take on challenges are essential qualities we look for.

Resposibilities:

The scope of responsibilities includes several key areas:

Strategy:

Support and active participation in the preparation of sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibility for implementing marketing strategies aimed at supporting sales.

Preparation of statistical reports on marketing activities.

Content:

Creation and management of a content strategy with consideration for SEO practices.

Management of a network of content freelancers, including preparing briefs, overseeing deadlines, verifying materials, blog publication, and graphic design supervision.

Website:

Preparation and management of the marketing strategy for the website.

Supervision of the implementation of the marketing strategy as a product owner in a dedicated website team:

Content preparation (often in the form of wireframes).

Supervision and approval of GFX aesthetics.

Acceptance of completed subpages from the team.

Automation:

Preparation, implementation, and maintenance of marketing automation in Make.com and HubSpot.

Campaigns:

Outsourcing paid AdWords, FB, and LinkedIn campaigns to an external company and monitoring the results.

Improvements + AI:

Continuous testing of new tools, including solutions based on artificial intelligence (currently Bard + ChatGPT), to enhance department processes.

Is it possible to change specialization?

In our company, it is possible to change the specialization. If you intend to change your career path, your HR Guide will support and help you in achieving your development goal.

How long does the recruitment process take?

We approach each recruitment process individually. After receiving your resume, we try to contact you as soon as possible. The dates of recruitment meetings are set jointly during the telephone conversation. After the meeting, we return to you with feedback in up to 5 business days. We want a smooth and clear process. We know that no one likes to wait long! :)

Is it possible to work remotely?

Each employee has the option of choosing the working mode. We are open to remote, hybrid, and stationary work, we provide each of our employees with equipment for work. You decide how you want to work.

What happens when the project ends?

Each team is assigned an HR Guide, who is the team's manager in the development and administrative matters. He makes sure that we develop and feel good in the assigned project. When the project ends and we have such an opportunity, we offer you a transition to another team.
